The Configuration Management group provides the necessary management controls that enable the orderly establishment, recording, and maintenance of a product's performance, functional and physical characteristics and changes to the product's characteristics.

The Configuration Management process for ARTC is detailed in procedure EGP-03-01 Rail Network Configuration Management. This procedure is supported by EGN-03-01 Configuration Management Manual which gives guidance to ARTC staff, contractors and Alliance Partners with managing the configuration of ARTC network assets and the documents that describe them. The Configuration Management Manual is an internal only document. Please contact the relevant ARTC project manager if access is required to this document. Configuration Management forms related to these documents are available from Engineering > All Disciplines > Forms.
